Who we are

The Scalia family has been involved in construction for several decades. From generation to generation, these well-known builders have earned both the trust and the respect of Montreal home owners.

It is in 1956 that the first company, Frank Construction Ltd, was founded by Frank Scalia. It began its operations in the borough of St-Leonard building homes, duplexes and rental apartment buildings.

Three decades later, in 1988, Sam Scalia, son of Frank, founded Les Constructions Cartierville Inc. and began its construction activities. Having been brought up in this business, and following in his father’s footsteps, Sam Scalia chose to continue on by taking several projects.
